| What Makes Miami Rides Different?
Miami rides are very well known in the funfair and amusement park worlds. Miamis are very artistic and tend to mesh the lifestyle of the city of Miami with new and exciting artwork. There are many different and creative themes of Miamis. Why focus on Miami for funfair rides? The city of Miami has been known for its exciting culture. The nightlife, the entertainment, and the glamorous lifestyles of the city all portray Miami as a type of “hotspot.” By combining the glamour of being in Miami with dazzling artwork and thrilling experiences, Miami rides have essentially captured the idea of the city and put it in the form of many different rides. One of Miamis’ well known themes is the ever popular James Cameron’s Terminator films. Not only were the films popular, but they soon became very familiar at funfairs all around the world. Though some rides were named for the Terminator firls, the artwork did not initially reflect them. It wasn’t until later versions of the rides that the theme artwork actually incorporated images taken from the film. Another popular theme, especially for the early Miamis, was the beach. It was very common to see themes with water, sand and sky even though most times, there were not actually any people portrayed. The artwork was initially more focused on the landscape and natural elements of the beach instead of the later versions which included more scantily clad “beach babes” to draw attention. As more Miamis were created, they started to include new ideas and new figures for the artwork. Sometimes the different themes of Miamis were geared towards giving participants different perspectives on reality. This was especially true with the later versions. Themes started incorporating mythical or fantasy type characters to draw people in. These newer themes lead to the changing of some basic, older artwork into more current, almost futuristic themed pieces, not unlike the style from the Terminator films. The ever changing themes of Miamis keeps them fresh and appealing to funfair-goers all around. Here are some interesting sites. Have a look and see if they can help you out with themepark holidays;
